Extra Life is a poetic dramatic reading performed by an all-star duo: multi-award-winning actors Julia Aug and Mikhail Durnenkov. When a terminally ill man and his wife escape to a remote island so he can die on his own terms, a miracle occurs, granting them an extra life. As their grieving sons arrive, the couple remains hidden, offering a silent, invisible farewell. This moving piece explores love that lasts a lifetime and the profound right to choose how to spend one's final days. In Russian with English subtitles.

Julia Aug is an award-winning theatre and film actress, director, and screenwriter with over 100 roles to her credit. Her films have earned accolades at the Cannes, Venice, and Rome festivals. Based in Estonia since 2022, she actively creates international theatre, film, and educational projects.
Mikhail Durnenkov is an award-winning playwright and screenwriter whose plays are translated and staged worldwide. Winner of the prestigious Golden Mask Award, he has lived in Finland since 2022, collaborating with top European theatre projects.
